Refund policy

At Wish U Whale, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges based on available inventory.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Final Sale Items

Limited drops, sale items, and exclusive releases may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
